just a recount for last few days..

Last fri, 2nd oct 09

performed at esplanade! xiangsheng performance with partner junwei for Moonfest 2009 艺满中秋.. it was a programme called Witty Words.. we were not the only performers though.. there were also students from Westview Pri and Nanhua Pri.. but we were the only sec sch pupils there:)

performed for two shifts, more ppl came for 2nd one probably b'cos its later.. saw the Pri 4 girl who beat me last yr when i was pri 6 and participating in the Pri Sch Xiangsheng Competition.. she won the champion last yr n 2nd position this yr.. haix and the worst thing was that she still remembered me, and said sth like “咦，我看这位大哥哥怎么很面熟？” .. it was super embarrassing..haha to be recognised by someone whom i lost to..hahax..although she didnt mean to embarrass me la..

then it was the performance..i will put up the photos later..they were taken by the teacher..

the Kuaiban 快板 junwei played attracted many passers-by.. it was splendid!

received a certificate frm esplanade! :D

last sat, 3rd oct 09, mid-autumn festival

well..many things happened on this day.

1. Replacement of cellphone..

as stated in the chinese obituary below, my old hp 与世长辞 on 1 oct.. i alr fixed it once, so it wld b a waste of money if i fix it again for abt $50 while it is worth abt $50.. i liked that fellow quite alot..

The old cellphone's malfunctioning was dealt with an replacement--Nokia E63.. although i am used to samsung phones n want to buy another phone of that brand, my mum insisted that nokia phones are more durable ( and indeed it is, sry to say that i think samsung phones only win by appearance) and powerful.. i like the qwerty keyboard.. vry suitable for smsing..

2. mid-autumn festival..

at first, i didnt plan to celebrate this festival besides watching the celebrations on tv..

but at abt 7 bowen called n asked if i wanted to go out and light the candles with him..

although it was still drizzling, the "harsh" weather condition (well, it is somewhat "harsh" to light candles in the drizzle in the open ground) did not daunt and intimidate us from carrying on with our..er... celebrations (act of stupidity),

under the protection of the law of the republic of Singapore, we hold the right to light candles during mid-autumn festival..(not indoor though).. n we purposely chose to do it under the drizzle to emphasise on the purposely purpose of our action---for fun..

amazingly, the fire was steady despite under the drizzle..n we moved around to light candles at different places.. in the end, we put all the remaining candles, (2boxes, which are worth $2/3) in a formation n lighted them.. c'est tres magnifique!

je suis tres heureux aujourd'hui parce qu'il n'y a pas cours de francais! i am very happy today because there is no frech lessons! well, it's not that i detest french, it's that i detest 3rd lang.!!

but finally the exams are over, and the time after next i am going back will be attending the French Fromage Tasting Session! anticipating n gd luck for my results!

n in sch got history grades...only A......in a state of disappointment now... haix.. but wait, it's also a motivation though--------okay back to the happy state again!!
