The Adventurous Night---Hiking at Southern Ridges, Walking on the Henderson Waves

phew..finally eoys are over..and i am gonna post after i finally made up my mind to do so, and before i become too busy for post exam stuff!

haha..the day when eoys are over, so i did sth quite exciting---
NIGHT HIKE AT THE SOUTHERN RIDGES
haha..aft exam my fren bowen n i were vry free, and both of us hold concession ezlink cards, with unlimited usage of buses.. so we decided to exploit this feature and randomly take buses..
on 17 Oct, we took svc 30, and went all the way to Vivo City, Harbour Front passing some piers,
saw many containers..
well, then, bowen rmb that the Henderson Waves, a 274m long pedestrian bridge, the highest pedestrian bridge in s'pore, is juz near by! so we tried to climb the mt from the entrance near a carpark.. and it turned out to be like this---------

under such condition, we decided
to abort the 'misson'(gave up due to fear actually), (by running down the road)...
HOWEVER, WE WILL COME BACK!
so, once the exams are o
ver, we went there again! this time btr equipped, he brought his powerful torch light, an
d i my camera...
we went to that place again...but it turned out that it leads to a creepy mansion..dead end..so again mission aborted (well, we ran away again)..
HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT GIVE UP SO EASILY!
we chose another route. we took bus 145 to Telok Blangah, where another entrance is available, according to Bowen, who is in the CCA of Scouts!
and frm telok blangah, we climbed up a creepy staircase..
and the worse is coming...
we climbed up the
staircase, only to found ourselves in the jungle, there was NO ONE around.. we saw a metal staircase and ran there..seriously, we ran all the way up..onto that freaking metal staircase, on which there is no one either..
as we continued to walk, the staircase is ascending, getting higher and higher..
it was really quite
scary cos we were the only ones walking on
the tall staircase, with tall trees around, no lig
ht, and the sounds of the insects were utterly irritating.
well, it is so brig
ht thanks to the powerful flash light frm my camera..
well, this photo shows how tall the staircase is.
it was only until we reached a more "populated" carpark that we got
to know what the devil we had
gone through..

well, i know that the photo isnt vry clear, so here's the answer---
